Ms. Anna Patricia Saberon is a full-time faculty member of Ateneo de Naga University (ADNU), where she teaches courses in Philosophy, International Relations (IR) and Philippine Foreign Relations.

Outside of ADNU, Ms. Saberon handles Ethics and IR courses at the Philippine National Police Regional Training Center for Region V-Bicol. Most recently, she is a guest lecturer at the Philippine Public Safety College for Module in IR of the Master in Public Safety and Administration program. Since 2021, she is the Chief Operations Officer of Amador Research Services – a private research firm in the Philippines with focus on international affairs, Philippine foreign policy and defense/security issues.

She passed the Philippines’ Foreign Service Exams in 2012 and thereafter served as a junior diplomat: as Principal Assistant and Assistant Director of the United States Division; and Acting Director of the South America Division at the Office of American Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs from 2013-2015.

Ms. Saberon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Ateneo De Naga University and a Master’s Degree in International Studies from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

In January 2024, Ms. Saberon was selected as a Participant to the Scholars Programme for EU-ASEAN Relations organized by the European Union Delegation in ASEAN.
