Dr. Kishwar Munir is Associate Professor, School of Integrated Social Sciences (SISS), and Research Fellow, Center for Security Strategy and Policy Research (CSSPR), and the editor for Pakistan journal of integrated social sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Punjab University, Pakistan, focusing on electoral politics and voting behavior. She was a Charles Wallace Fellow at the London School of Economics, where she worked on “Water Issues between Pakistan and India: Implications for Regional Security and Peace Process."" She was a Visiting Fellow at The Stimson Center, Washington D.C. (July 2017). Kishwar’s research interests include voting behavior, CPEC, terrorism, insurgency, regional and global security, and domestic politics in Pakistan.
