Strategic Risk Reduction and the P5 process

FONDATION POUR LA RECHERCE STRATÉGIQUE

The P5 process between China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States is a forum of dialogue established in 2009 to enable discussion among nuclear-weapon States of the major issues at stake in the NPT review process.

The Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (FRS) has been tasked by the French Europe and External Affairs Ministry with accompanying the ongoing French Presidency of the P5 with the aim of fostering debates between governmental and non-governmental experts. Through this project, FRS is organizing regular seminars and webinars on key issues related to the NPT review process.

In view of the tenth NPT Review Conference, we are pleased to invite you to our second webinar for an exchange of views on “Strategic Risk Reduction and the P5 process”.
